What's the role? The Demand Planner regularly monitors the company’s supply chain planning, identifying areas where product flow may break down and ways that can improve processes and procedures to get goods to our customers more quickly and affordably. When supply chain issues arise, uses their extensive knowledge and skills to find solutions to minimize disruptions. The main functions include product availability, transportation reliability, inventory control, back orders and fulfillment rates. How will you add value? Planning, for Mobile and Fixed demand (Including Handset, CPEs and Materials)Running CPFR for Mobile with the main suppliers.
Updating planning files DRP and Quebit. Follow up on the “last mile” for Mobile distribution. Developing, evaluating and revising logistics policies, procedures, and plans. Handling the Aging inventory (Participating in the inventory committee). Addressing routine and unexpected disruptions in the supply chain to keep products moving. Support and Participation in the Commercial and Operation Meetings. Performing any other required tasks as assigned, according to the department and company needs. What will you need?3 to 5 years of experience in demand planning or similar positions.
Graduate level (bachelor’s or higher) degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain or other relevant fields. Graduate degree or equivalent experience in other field of expertise will be taken into consideration if there is extensive experience in Supply chain (2+) with proven track recordsAdvanced experience in Excel, SAP S4 Hana, Power Bi or similar tools. Advanced command of English. Native or advanced command of Spanish. Experience in people supervision, such as assigning daily tasks, and coordinating regular activities. Problem solver demeanor and solutions driven demeanour. Customer service oriented. Great interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
