Manager – Operations & Administration | LibertyRole Purpose: We're looking for a dynamic Manager: Ops and Admin to lead our Investment Maintenance team — a key function that ensures seamless investment solution availability across platforms, systems, and adviser channels. This role blends operational oversight, client experience leadership, and continuous improvement — ensuring Liberty remains at the forefront of service excellence in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Service Excellence & Stakeholder SupportDrive a consistent, high-quality experience for clients, advisers, and internal partnersServe as the escalation point for complex queriesMonitor team outputs and continuously raise service standardsOperational & Risk ManagementOversee all middle office functions and ensure SLA adherenceIdentify and mitigate operational risksLead UAT efforts while balancing BAU activities Reporting & InsightDeliver timely MI reports and analyticsIdentify performance trends and recommend improvementsTeam & People LeadershipInspire, guide, and develop a high-performing teamFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growthProposition MasteryAct as a subject matter expert across investment platforms and operational systemsSupport cross-functional initiatives and change programsWhat We’re Looking For:

Relevant tertiary qualification in business, investments, or finance (CFP advantageous)5–8 years’ experience in investment operations or financial services (including 2–3 years at junior management level)Strong grasp of international investment products, AML/KYC/FAIS frameworks, and platform operationsBackground in customer experience and service design highly desirable
