BrisbaneResponsibilitiesAssist with the coordination of structural steel works, including tracking fabrication, delivery, and installation timelines. Review shop drawings and liaise with engineers, suppliers, and fabricators for clarifications and approvals. Support in raising and managing RFIs, NCRs, and variation documentation. Maintain construction documentation and registers (e. g. , drawings, ITPs, delivery dockets). Monitor progress against the project program and provide regular updates to the team. Communicate with site teams to track and resolve coordination issues. Provide general project administration support including procurement, delivery tracking, and meeting minutes. Skills & ExperienceEssentialBackground in civil/structural engineering, construction management, or similar.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and steel detailing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, Trimble, and construction management systems. DesirableProactive and eager to learn.
