OpatijaKey ResponsibilitiesProcurement of goods and servicesPreparing and sending inquiries to suppliers/contractors and analyzing received offersPreparing and drafting tender documentation and analyzing bids from tendersNegotiating and contracting procurement terms while optimizing procurement costsCreating purchase orders, reports, and analyses from the BI systemMonitoring the implementation of the annual procurement plan by product groupsBusiness communication and maintaining relationships with suppliers/contractorsMarket research of new suppliers/contractors, goods/services, and trendsHandling complaints with suppliers/contractorsVisiting fairs in Croatia and abroad as neededMonitoring and applying existing and new legal regulations related to the scope of workActive cooperation with other company departments to improve procurement and other processesRequirementsSecondary school diploma or higher (preferably in economics)Minimum 2 years of work experience in procurementCategory B driving licenseProficiency in MS Office applicationsAccuracy, attention to detail, organizational skills, and responsibilityWhat We OfferWork in one of the largest hotel chains in CroatiaOpportunity to collaborate with hospitality industry expertsPossibility for education and professional advancementA challenging environment that recognizes and rewards successAnnual financial bonuses:
