Job Descriptions:Manage the end-to-end process of obtaining, renewing, and maintaining licenses and permits required for hospital operations, ensuring timely submissions and updates.Monitor and ensure full compliance with healthcare laws, government regulations, and industry standards, minimizing legal and operational risks.Draft, review, and maintain legal documents, agreements, and correspondence related to licensing and permits, ensuring accuracy and alignment with regulatory requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with government institutions, healthcare authorities, and regulatory bodies, acting as the key liaison for all licensing-related matters.Provide legal support and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding licensing obligations and compliance requirements.Assist in the preparation of legal reports, audits, and compliance documentation, supporting both internal governance and external regulatory inspections.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable university.Minimum 3 years of professional experience in legal, compliance, or licensing—preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.Proven understanding of hospital licensing procedures, healthcare regulations, and administrative processes related to permits and legal compliance.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in engaging government officials and regulatory bodies.Highly detail-oriented, organized, and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple licensing projects and deadlines simultaneously.Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to provide practical solutions to regulatory and compliance challenges.
