Our integrative, trauma-informed model brings together leading professionals from diverse backgrounds to deliver exceptional, compassionate care in a serene and restorative setting.We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Clinical Psychologists to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This position offers an opportunity to make a real difference in clients’ lives while living in one of Asia’s most peaceful and culturally rich regions. Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Psychologist at The Beekeeper House, you will:Provide individual and group therapy for patients with emotional, behavioural, and psychological challenges.Conduct thorough psychological assessments, diagnostic formulations, and risk assessments.Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, counsellors, and holistic practitioners.Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation through The Beekeeper’s EMR system.Participate in clinical supervision, multidisciplinary meetings, and ongoing professional development.Contribute to program design, psychoeducational workshops, and community mental health initiatives. Key Qualifications and RequirementsEssential:Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.Valid license or registration in Counselling or Clinical Psychology (or international equivalent).At least 10 years of experience in a clinical mental health setting.Proven experience in psychological assessment, formulation, and both individual and group therapy.Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.Strong diagnostic, analytical, and clinical problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and trauma-informed care. Desirable:Specialist training in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy). EMDR is an advantage as well. Certification in crisis intervention or risk management.Experience providing supervision or mentorship to junior clinicians.Background in psychoeducational or substance use programmes.Experience working in international or cross-cultural settings.Knowledge of holistic, integrative, and culturally sensitive treatment approaches. Personal QualitiesEmpathy, sensitivity, and respect in all clinical interactions.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Emotional resilience and ability to manage challenging clinical work.Commitment to self-care, reflective practice, and ongoing professional growth.Flexibility to support the team during evenings, weekends, or on-call rotations.Leadership qualities and confidence in representing The Beekeeper House in external networks or professional settings.
