The counselor will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy services, developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and maintaining thorough documentation. Additional responsibilities include delivering crisis intervention as needed and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care. Qualifications Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.Strong skills in therapy methodologies, mental health assessment, and creating individualized treatment plans.Excellent communication and active listening abilities for building rapport with clients.Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records and documentation.Ability to manage crises efficiently and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.Experience or knowledge in trauma-informed care and community resources is beneficial.Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
