The RoleThis is an opportunity for you, an experienced and intrinsically motivated CRM Marketing Manager, to take ownership of our broker communication and engagement strategy. In this role, you'll work closely with Business Development, CRM Operations, and Customer Service to design and implement data-driven lifecycle communication for our broker partners, not for end customers. We're currently focused on reactivating inactive brokers and increasing retention and activity across our broker base. We're looking for someone who brings experience in lifecycle marketing and who is comfortable using Braze and Salesforce to create automated, multi-channel journeys tailored to broker behavior and business KPIs. Our marketing stack includes Braze, Salesforce, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Google. Braze and Salesforce will be your primary platforms for execution and analysis.
