Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Planner Insurance Agent, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include providing tailored financial solutions to meet clients' life insurance, health insurance, and investment needs. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and staying updated on organizational policies, products, and market trends to provide informed advice to clients. Qualifications Strong understanding of Insurance and General Insurance concepts and productsProven skills in Sales and Marketing to meet business development and growth objectivesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationshipsCapability to analyze and assess client needs to provide tailored financial solutionsHighly motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a teamPrevious experience in the life insurance industry or financial services is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields is preferred
