If you’ve got hands-on experience launching marketing campaigns or managing projects, and you love jumping between strategic thinking and getting things done, you’ll fit right in. You don’t have to be a guru in every tool or platform — but if you know your way around web or social media analytics, that’s a strong plus. What You’ll Be Helping WithSupporting the coordination of our passionate and diverse marketing team to keep everyone aligned and focusedCollaborating on strategies to amplify our mission and grow our communityHelping define our brand positioning and target audiences while experimenting with innovative ways to reach themAssisting with marketing efforts across channels like content, social media, and partnershipsProviding insights into customer needs, market trends, and what truly connects with our audienceAnalyzing and reporting on campaign performance to identify wins and opportunities for improvementCreative & Strategic ContributionsCollaborate closely with our creative team to develop campaigns, social posts, and communications that reflect our brand’s voice and goals Brainstorm and launch straightforward, multi-channel campaigns that stay consistent with our mission and values across digital, print, and video channel Help build and nurture relationships with potential partners, communities, and collaboratorsIdeal CandidateYou enjoy wearing multiple hats and figuring things out as you goYou're a strong communicator who owns their ideas and opinionsYou’re curious about people and communication, and excited to help a mission growYou’re comfortable starting simple and learning through doingYou bring a mix of creativity and structure to how you workAt least 3 years hands-on marketing experience with marketing strategy, social media, or content creationBased in Denmark (or familiar with the local landscape) is a plusBachelor’s degree or higher in marketing and communication, psychology, business, or related fieldHave established press and media contacts
