Kingdom travel service (KTS International) is Now hiring:Lifestyle agent ( Operation department)Overview: Managing logistics for VIP clients to providing exceptional customer service, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization.This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and adaptable individual to contribute to a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on our company's success.Duties and Tasks: Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for incoming and outgoing.Receive and process customer enquiries accurately and efficiently.Follow up with suppliers and agents to ensure customer satisfaction.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing services to ensure accuracy.Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. Work conditions and packaging: 8 h per day from 10am to 6pm (and maybe rotational based on the team)2 days off.Location: New Nozha - Joseph Titto.Package: 10K (Net Fixed)Private medical insurance + life Insurance high category.Mobile line and device allowance.Apply by cv on: hr@kingdomtravelservices.co.uk
