To feel confident in this role, we believe that you haveBachelor’s degree in HR, Business or Psychology5+ years’ experience in a broader HR role, preferably in a small or scaling international company. Strong understanding of how to work independently, collaboratively, and flexibly in a fast-paced work environmentFluent in English and SwedishExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning, ensuring a strong candidate experience. Develop initiatives to boost engagement and work satisfactionLead performance review processes, support continuous feedback, and promote learning, leadership, and career growth. Oversee HR policies, systems, payroll, benefits, and ensure legal compliance and accurate employee records. Promote a dynamic and productive work environment with diverse thinking and collegial relationship trustEnsure smooth office operations.
