We are now looking for a passionate and service-minded Sales Associate to join our growing retail team and support both of our flagship stores in Copenhagen. Your RoleAs a Sales Associate at LIGHT POINT, you will be an ambassador for our brand and play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You will assist clients with expert product guidance, contribute to the daily operations of both stores, and help maintain the high standards our brand is known for.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers with product information and tailored adviceSupport daily operations at both flagship store locations (schedule rotation)Ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environmentBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsAssist with inventory management and product displaysProcess transactions and handle POS systemsCollaborate with store managers and the wider retail team QualificationsPrevious experience in retail sales or customer service (design or luxury retail is a plus)Passionate about design, lighting, and architectureFriendly, professional, and customer-focusedReliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivatedFluent in Danish and EnglishAble and willing to work across two store locations in Copenhagen Apply for the JobSend your CV and a short cover letter directly to:
