Lighting Engineer

As a family-owned business, we pride ourselves on offering accessible leadership, flexible solutions, and a culture that values curiosity, pragmatism, and teamwork.The PositionResponsible for the development and technical lighting support of O/M projects and proposals, ensuring the correct application of lighting solutions, compliance with standards, and energy efficiency.ResponsibilitiesSupport the commercial team in the development of lighting studies and technical solutions.Prepare lighting calculations, specifications, and technical documentation.Ensure consistency between the proposed concept and the technical feasibility of the solutions.Liaise with architects, lighting designers, engineers, and clients, translating project needs into solutions using O/M products.Collaborate with the product development team to identify opportunities for technical improvement.The CandidateDegree in Electrical Engineering.Proficiency in lighting calculation software (Dialux or Relux).Skilled in AutoCAD and Revit for technical drawings and project coordination.Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.Fluency in English.Good knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus.Accuracy and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and collaborative mindset.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.We Also ValuePrevious experience in lighting or engineering projects.Training in Lighting Design or Luminotechnics.Experience with sustainable projects (LEED, WELL, BREEAM).Interest in architecture, design, and technological innovation.Apply now: send your CV to careers@om-light.comJoining O/M means becoming part of a multidisciplinary team committed to excellence in lighting design, delivering bespoke solutions that illuminate some of the most iconic architectural projects worldwide.
