You will support user success by identifying the needs and challenges users have and implementing interventions to guide new thinking and habit change.

The ideal candidate is process-focused and eager to make an impact on lives to support musculoskeletal health. You must be equal parts self-starter and team player. We are seeking a passionate candidate with expertise in engaging and supporting users to achieve their health goals, who is interested in taking on an impactful role at a young and quickly growing startup in the healthcare industry.

ResponsibilitiesYou will provide remote monitoring services to help support users as they progress through their home-exercise therapy programDirect and aid users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training through a tech platformProvide periodic feedback to the evaluating clinician on user progressMaintains necessary records and notes while providing remote monitoringAssist with improving processes and functionality of the platformRequirementsAs a PTA, you are naturally empathetic, friendly, and love what you do2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal healthGraduated from an accredited physical therapy programActive PTA license in MinnesotaActive HPSO or other liability insuranceTech Savvy, including having your own newer model laptop, reliable wi-fi, and a smart phoneExperience in behavioral modification, Health Coach Certification is a plusExcellent communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and an ability to collect and present meaningful data to drive decisionsStrong relationship-building and listening skillsDemonstrated user focus; a genuine passion for the user and their experienceAbility to multi-task and manage various types of usersAbility to work independently with limited supervisionThe flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentThe ability to influence change and bring enthusiasm and excitement to the workplaceIndependent and proactive work style; quick, flexible thinking; and an open, inquisitive approachEager to make an impact at a young company addressing an important problemPassion for health and wellnessWe are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
