Linde Gas ASE-Commerce Project ManagerTallinn, Estonia (req23687)What You Will Enjoy DoingYou are driving the development of Linde E-commerce projects from a system perspective, ensuring alignment with business goals and project timelinesYou will take ownership of cross-functional projects by managing stakeholders, setting milestones, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring the successful completion of all portal-related initiativesYou have the chance to develop, execute and evaluate approaches and strategies to improve website sales conversions, customer engagement, cross-selling/up-selling and searchability of Linde Customer PortalFor that, you will synthesize your own ideas as well as input for customer portal features from across the organization, develop business cases, drive the requirement gathering process, discuss and decide on prioritization with team, coordinate the development process with our international IT stakeholders, perform user acceptance testing and ensure proper training and documentationYou will investigate and report operational/technical issues arising and work with Linde internal as well as external teams to resolve the casesWhat Makes You GreatYou have a general interest in Information Technology and E-Commerce demonstrated through relevant work experience as an IT System Manager, IT Service Technician or within technical development of E-Commerce platformsAdditionally, you might also just be just at the start of your tech-career with a fresh degree in web design, Computer Science, IT System Administration or related area but bring a high level of technical curiosity and driveYou especially have a strong willingness to build on your solid technical foundation and further develop skills/knowledge in line with current business trendsYou have a basic understanding in most of the following areas or strong willingness & aptitude to learn:

Front-end programming (HTML5, CSS design), databases and ability to write basic queries (SQL), any scripting language (such as Python, PHP, JavaScript) and/or eCommerce content management systems (preferably HCL Commerce)Familiarity with SAP is a strong assetLanguage skills: English, Additional Scandinavian and/or Baltic languages are a merrit You have good communication skills in order to effectively work with local and global team members across a large organization as well as the ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders on various organizational levels.
