TECHNOLOGY & PROCESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST We are seeking an ambitious and innovative Technology & Process Development Specialist for our global Facility & Technology Innovation team in a permanent position at our head office in Helsinki. Join our team and help us make a difference!Your key contribution areas In this role, you’ll explore and develop technical solutions and processes in Lindström’s operations. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving our sustainability and growth initiatives by enhancing the efficiency, automation, and environmental performance of our laundry service technologies. Your key responsibilities will include:
Drive the development and application of technical solutions, including machinery, robotics, automation, and process controlActively scout emerging technologies and collaborate with suppliers to bring innovation into our facilitiesDesign and execute development roadmaps to improve the sustainability of our operationsEnable the integration of renewable energy sources into our processesPlan and coordinate pilot projects, and participate in global testing and validation of new technologiesLead development projects and transform technologies into scalable concepts in collaboration with other expertsAs this is a global role supporting our international operations, you will have the opportunity to travel and collaborate across Lindström countries.

At least a few years of experience in industrial technologiesA relevant technical degree (minimum bachelor's)Strong analytical and technical skillsSolid understanding of process development, equipment maintainability, and roboticsExcellent communication skills and collaboration skillsFluency in English (written and spoken)Willingness to travelYour key people You’ll be part of our Operations and Supply Chain function, working within the Facility and Technology Innovation group and our newly formed Technology Development team.
