Join us as a Line Coordinator and play a key role in shaping performance, quality, and continuous improvement on the production floor.Join PMI & Shape a Smoke-Free Future!What You'll DoLead & Coordinate: Manage your shift team to meet key performance indicators across safety, quality, production, and maintenance.Drive Daily Operations: Ensure smooth execution of shift plans, handovers, and production activities. Step in for team members or line leads when needed.Champion Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of problem-solving and innovation. Identify root causes of losses and implement corrective actions.Develop Your Team: Coach and mentor team members to build autonomy, ownership, and technical capabilities.Ensure Equipment Reliability: Oversee maintenance routines and collaborate with technical teams to keep equipment in top condition.Maintain Quality Standards: Monitor product and process quality, analyze trends, and lead preventive actions to uphold excellence.What You Need To HaveBachelor’s Degree in Technic or Industrial Technology from a reputable universityProven experience in leading small to medium-sized teams in a production or manufacturing environmentStrong technical background, particularly in mechanical systems and performance metricsSolid understanding of IWS (Integrated Work Systems) or Lean Six Sigma is a definite advantageExcellent English communication and team coordination skillsComputer literate, with working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft OfficeStrategic thinker with the ability to develop mid- and long-term plansStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with ccommitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvementHas the passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing othersWork Schedule and Location:Full-time on-site work arrangement with plant facility based in Dhaka (60 kms. from the city center)Must be able to work on a shifting scheduleWhat We OfferOur success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
