Job DescriptionSupport Line haul Operations team for daily operations (To be the key contact point of all parties both internal and external)Reconcile and create Daily truck usage report or any other reportSupport Linehaul ground operationRecheck and follow all trucks to arrive On-time at each stationsCoordinate with subcontractor company to inform daily operation issue or calling extra truckCoordinate with subcontractor company to inform/adjust number of truck need or truck schedulingPlanning daily truck usage to support daily operationEfficiently manage number of truck needed to cope with daily parcelOthers task related to Linehaul ScopeRequirementsBachelor's degree in Logistic, Business Administration, Supply chain or related field Availability to work on Mon-SatExperience in the logistics industry is a plus.Having experience in Administration, Coordinator or related field is a plusExcellent in communication, negotiating, and co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholdersModerate in Microsoft office or G Sheet skills
