As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.You can look forward to these exciting tasks:• Manage and supervise Production supervisors as well as Process engineers/technician.• In cooperation with EHS ensures a safe work environment.• Provide leadership and direction to employees, to positively influence their behavior,• Continuously improve their know-how / knowledge and strengthen of ownership and responsibility.• Leads the production process and continuous improvement actions in close relation to production, maintenance, engineering, development, logistic and quality departments.• Ensure the availability of the requested products in time and with the optimum efficiency and quality;• Interact with the scheduling department as well as with your customer and supplier departments.• Detect deviations, anticipate issues, identify the root-causes, define/ apply appropriate actions and measure the progress, to reach targets.• Lead, develop and implement new processes for future products.• Report directly to the Value Stream LeaderHere's what you can bring to the team:• Degree in engineering (production / mechanics or similar).• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, in a manufacturing environment• Knowledge in logistics, inventory and process control is mandatory.• LEAN mindset and knowledge.• Excellent analytical skills.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French; German is an asset.• Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office Suite• Effective ability to lead and direct others.• Ability and willingness to uphold the Webasto values• Self-motivated and proactive at completing tasks in a timely mannerWebasto is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
