You might have seen or even visited our cozy stores in Vilnius, but that's just a small part - we ship our products and have great customers all around the world.  About the role: We’re looking for a driven Marketing Specialist to take our online business to the next level. As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll focus on scaling our DTC growth through email marketing and customer retention.
You will also contribute to other marketing initiatives including SEO, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and paid media. Responsibilities: Lead newsletters growth strategy: from content planning to creation, sending and performance analysis. Create sales-driven, brand-aligned emails. Grow and manage our email audience through opt-in strategies, segmentation, and lead generation initiatives. Build and optimize automated email flows (e. g. welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement, etc. ). Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics (open rates, CTR, revenue per email, unsubscribes), and run A/B tests to improve performance. Support broader marketing efforts across SEO, influencer, affiliate, and paid channels when needed.
What We’re Looking For: 2+ years email marketing experience. Other marketing experience is considered a plus (email, SEO, social, affiliates). Hands-on experience with email platforms (e. g. Omnisend, Klaviyo). Hardworking, data-driven mindset. Experience in creating eye-catching visuals using tools like Canva or Figma. Fluent in English.
