Key Responsibilities1. LinkedIn Content & EngagementCreate and publish engaging LinkedIn posts featuring company updates, product highlights, thought leadership, and client testimonials.Plan and manage a monthly LinkedIn content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic communication.Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to maintain a refined and cohesive brand image.Actively engage with followers through comments, replies, and meaningful discussions to boost visibility and credibility.2. LinkedIn Lead Generation & OutreachUse LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with qualified B2B prospects.Build and maintain professional relationships with C-level executives, retailers, distributors, and decision-makers.Send personalized connection requests, follow up effectively, and nurture relationships through one-on-one engagement.3. Sales & Proposal SupportPresent brand offerings and partnership opportunities via LinkedIn messages, email, or virtual meetings.Draft and manage sales proposals, maintain lead pipelines, and track engagement progress.Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth handovers and conversions.4. Analytics & Performance TrackingMonitor and analyze key LinkedIn metrics — impressions, engagement rates, and conversion ratios.Identify top-performing content and outreach strategies to guide future campaigns.Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.5. Market & Competitor ResearchStay updated on the latest LinkedIn trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.Conduct competitor monitoring to identify new engagement and positioning opportunities.Uphold a professional brand voice in all interactions and communications.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in B2B LinkedIn engagement, outreach, or lead generation (experience in a luxury or marketing agency is a plus).Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and C-level prospecting.Excellent written English and a polished, professional communication style.Bonus: Ability to create visually appealing posts using Canva or similar tools.Understanding of digital sales funnels and lead conversion principles.
