Transform case studies, insights, and raw materials into polished posts that attract the right audience and support overall brand credibility.Core ResponsibilitiesContent DevelopmentWrite and edit 3–5 posts per week for 2 accounts (T2 Tech - aiming at IT leaders at hospitals) and (T2 Flex - aiming at healthcare operators) - thought leadership, case study highlights, carousel concepts, and conversation starters.Repurpose internal materials (case studies, proposals, testimonials, founder essays) into digestible, audience-relevant posts.Develop “talking-point scripts” for future video clips (short-form, conversation-style, recorded by the client).Voice & Messaging StrategyMaintain distinct tone and positioning for:T2 Tech: IT leadership support, innovation in hospital tech.T2 Flex: Patient access excellence, operations improvement.Ensure all posts speak credibly to healthcare audiences — avoiding generic marketing language.Collaboration & IterationWork closely with the Engagement Specialist to align weekly on which topics and hooks drive real conversations.Adjust tone or structure based on analytics, inbox feedback, and leadership input.Track engagement performance and continually refine the content calendar.Research & Content InputsConduct light research into current healthcare IT and patient access trends.Identify recurring themes and language from LinkedIn influencers and industry publications to inform post direction.Preferred ExperienceBackground or familiarity in healthcare IT, hospital operations, or B2B tech marketing.Demonstrated writing skills — especially creating professional, platform-appropriate content for LinkedIn.Ability to extract and translate complex information (case studies, service language) into concise, relatable insights.Success Metrics3–5 approved posts per profile each week.Improved engagement metrics (views, comments, reshares from target audience).Consistent, cohesive brand voice across both accounts.Regular ideation pipeline tied to audience pain points and engagement data.
