Team Lead

At Linkedist, we’re looking for a Team Lead who genuinely enjoys collaboration, conversation, and helping others succeed. You’ll lead a small but mighty team of Project Managers, Copywriters and Designers, ensuring our projects run smoothly and our clients are delighted.

You’ll be the one keeping the team motivated, tracking progress, and making sure no ball gets dropped — all while fostering a positive, people-first culture. In this position, you’ll: Lead and support a team of junior and mid-level colleagues. Be the person everyone trusts to assign projects, clarify priorities, and keep things moving forward. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and proactively solving any challenges. Act as the escalation point for both the team and clients, making sure we always deliver on our promises.

Organize and curate small internal initiatives to keep the team engaged and connected. Oversee promotional campaigns and initiatives within Linkedist to boost visibility, engagement, and alignment. Review team performance regularly, ensuring we meet both client goals and internal KPIs. Work closely with leadership to improve processes and foster continuous growth. Requirements: You love working with people — clients, colleagues, new contacts — it’s where you shine. Strong experience in project management, account management, or people management. Previous leadership experience or mentoring background. Excellent organizational and time-management skills — you’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities. Fluent in English and Lithuanian.

A natural communicator: clear, empathetic, and solutions-focused. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and guide improvements. Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT for copywriting and project optimization is a must. Proactive attitude — you don’t wait for others to act, you lead the way.
