Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Malé. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, training and mentoring the sales team, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also coordinate with other departments to ensure the seamless delivery of services and products.
Qualifications Experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship managementStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to develop and implement effective sales strategiesProficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsKnowledge of the IT industry and security solutions is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
