Linux Administrator will be responsible for follow-the-sun delivery and support of related services, prompt reaction on Linux infrastructure incidents as 2nd line support and cooperation with other infrastructure teams for resolution.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all escalated incidents are handled within SLA'sAct as expert support for Linux stack related incidents and support requestsInstallation, configuration, and support of Linux environmentManage problem resolution with third party vendorsParticipate in Problem management processesSupport company Linux infrastructure on premise and in a CloudProvide operational administration and configuration support for highly available server landscapesDeliver new services according to the business requirementsParticipate in integration projects, ensuring that new existing studios are brought to the latest infrastructure standardsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancementsCreate and maintain technical documentation on all system designs and configurations, troubleshooting proceduresRequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experienceStrong understanding of Linux stack technologies, standards and trendsStrong technical background with 5+ years' experience Linux stack administrationStrong technical knowledge of Storage and Server equipment, virtualization and production setupsAdvanced experience of building and troubleshooting Linux OS environmentsStrong technical knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure, Azure, AWSExperience with scripting with Shell/PowerShell, Bash, Python, and/or GitPuppet and/or Ansible configuration managementExperience with DockerExperience with IT infrastructure migrationsStrong understanding of Infrastructure change managementExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiencesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and ability to identify and resolve complex IT infrastructure issuesStrong decision-making skillsStrong understanding of gaming industry dynamics and trends, with a passion for gamingTo be considered for the position, please ensure your CV is submitted in English.BenefitsKeywords Studios is dedicated to following a well-established Equal Opportunities Policy.
