They empower businesses with cutting-edge tech solutions for enhanced efficiency, growth, and competitive advantage.MISSIONS As a Linux Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, managing, and maintaining complex and critical Linux infrastructures for our clients, who are leading players in the telecommunications, banking, and government sectors.You will work within a passionate and dynamic team, and will be involved in innovative and stimulating projects, using the latest technologies.MAIN RESPONSABILITIES  Design and Architecture:Design highly available, scalable, and secure Linux architectures.Choose the most suitable technologies and tools for client needs.Write clear and precise architecture documents.Deployment and Configuration:Automate infrastructure deployment using configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).Install, configure, and secure Linux systems (CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu).Deploy and manage containers (Docker, Kubernetes).Management and Maintenance:Ensure the availability, performance, and security of infrastructures.Diagnose and resolve incidents.Implement backup and restore procedures.Monitor systems and applications using monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios).   Automation and Scripting:Develop automation scripts to simplify system administration tasks.Use configuration management tools to automate the deployment and maintenance of systems.Documentation and Communication:Write clear and precise technical documents.Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.Share knowledge and expertise.REQUIRED PROFILE· Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Linux system administration in a production environment.Significant experience in designing, deploying, and managing highly available and scalable architectures. Technical Skills:Mastery of Linux systems (CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu).Excellent knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.).Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).Mastery of configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios).Experience in scripting (Bash, Python).Knowledge of best practices in IT security. · Personal Qualities:Passionate about technology and digital challenges.Autonomous, rigorous, and organized.Proactive and resourceful.Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.Customer-oriented.Ability to manage stress and work under pressure.Education:Engineering degree in computer science or equivalent.Linux certifications (RHCE, LFCS, etc.) appreciated.Languages:English: fluent (spoken and written).To Apply:To apply, please send your CV and cover letter to job@synelia.tech by indicating "Application for Linux System Administrator position" in the subject line.Successful candidates will be notified by email and receive detailed instructions for participating in the following rounds.
