Our products are designed for sustainability, performance, and ease of installation. ROLE OVERVIEW We’re seeking 2 experienced Listing Coordinators (Amazon E-commerce) who can expertly manage our product portfolio on Amazon marketplaces (focusing mostly on the UK). From strategic listing to order processing and customer care, this role requires someone who knows Amazon Seller Central and thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.◙ 𝗩𝗔𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗬: 2◙ 𝗝𝗢𝗕 𝗧𝗬𝗣𝗘: Full-Time◙ 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦: Based in the UK timing◙ 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗘: Remote/Work From Home (Applicant must be from Dhaka, Bangladesh)◙ 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗦: Saturday & Sunday◙ 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗢𝗗: 6 MonthsRESPONSIBILITIESCreate and update basic product listings with titles, descriptions, and keywords.Upload product images and update pricing when needed.Assist with daily order processing and dispatch coordination.Check stock levels and notify the team when restocking is needed.Reply to customer messages in a polite and professional way.Help monitor listing performance and identify improvement areas.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product details stay accurate.Support in handling returns and basic customer issues.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSB.Sc. in CSE preferred; other backgrounds may apply with relevant experience. 1-2 years of work experience in Amazon Seller Central.Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce platforms.Understanding of product listing, keyword usage, and content uploading.Basic idea of FBA and FBM (we will train if needed).Familiar with basic Amazon tools (Helium10/Jungle Scout is a plus, not mandatory).Knowledge in using various AI tools.Good communication skills in English.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTSEmployees must be available during holidays, especially for product launches and festive seasons, to ensure smooth operations, manage increased customer inquiries, and handle higher sales volumes during the critical times.
