What will you do?Receive and interact with incoming VisitorsEnsure Visitors review and acknowledge relevant policies and procedures when on Company propertyReceive and direct incoming callsHandle and sort all incoming and outgoing mailArrange and prepare documentation for courier shipmentsWork with Travel Agency to fulfil travel requirements for employeesCoordinate and order office suppliesOrder catering requirements as requestedPrepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documentation as required by senior managementAssist and provide support with Recruitment and OnboardingAssist with processing / posting of leave requestsAssist with maintaining job descriptions and related training & development record keepingAssists Human Resources department as requiredWhat will you bring?Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Human Resources preferred.

Ability to manage multiple projectsAbility to communicate with employees at all levels2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environmentExperience working with Microsoft Office
