Role Description This is a full-time Litigation Associate role based on-site in Sydney, NSW. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of legal tasks including drafting applications, handling depositions, conducting research, and representing clients in court proceedings. The role requires collaboration with other legal professionals, as well as preparation and attendance in various court-related activities to support client cases effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in legal expertise and practices, including Litigation, Law, and Court proceedingsExperience drafting and managing motions and other legal documentsStrong research skills for case preparation and legal analysisFamiliarity with deposition procedures and related processesExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively and meet strict deadlinesBar admission in New South Wales or eligibility to practice lawRelevant work experience is a plus
