It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionMengusulkan dan melaksanakan sasaran dan langkah strategis yang terkait dengan pemberian jasa hukum litigasi kepada manajemen maupun unit kerja lain.Mengkoordinir, memantau dan memastikan pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia di Divisi Litigasi dilakukan semaksimal mungkin sesuai dengan SLA yang berlaku.Mengkoordinir, memantau dan memastikan anggaran biaya di Divisi Litigasi digunakan seefisien mungkin.Mengelola seluruh pemberian jasa hukum litgasi, baik berupa pendapat hukum, nasihat hukum maupun langkah hukum strategis yang terkait dengan penanganan perkara litigasi.Mengusulkan perubahan kebijakan hukum internal atau dokumen hokum terkait dengan penanganan perkara litigasi UOBIBertanggung jawab dalam seluruh proses negosiasi hukum terkait penanganan perkara litigasi sesuai dengan permintaaan dari manajeman atau unit kerja lain yang terkait.Memastikan aspek hukum yang terkait dengan setiap penanganan perkara litigasi telah dipenuhi sebagaimana mestinya.Bertanggung jawab dalam menyiapkan bahan pelatihan hukum terkait dengan aspek hukum litigasi.Mengelola pemberian bantuan hukum pendampingan kepada manajemen maupun staff UOBI terkait dengan proses hukum di kepolisian, kejaksaan maupun di pengadilan yang terkait dengan kegiatan operasional UOBI.Additional RequirementsBe a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
