LITIGATION LAWYER - ROLE WITH LEADING LAW FIRM - NICOSIA OR LIMASSOL - CYPRUS

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm with offices in Nicosia and Limassol, is seeking to recruit a talented and driven Civil & Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join their expanding legal team.This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified lawyer with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience to work on a diverse caseload, including complex civil and commercial disputes, for both local and international clients.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, corporate conflicts, and claims involving financial institutions.Represent clients in District Courts and other judicial bodies across Cyprus.Prepare legal pleadings, witness statements, and conduct legal research.Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring compliance with Cyprus law and court procedures.Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Support senior lawyers and partners on high-value or complex litigation matters.Candidate ProfileQualified Lawyer in Cyprus, in good standing with the Cyprus Bar Association.Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in civil and commercial litigation.Solid understanding of Cypriot civil procedure and court systems.Strong drafting, research, and negotiation skills.Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong sense of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.Benefits & OfferCompetitive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience.Opportunity to work in a prestigious and forward-thinking law firm.Ongoing professional development and career growth.Flexible location: role available in either Nicosia or Limassol office.Supportive and collegial work environment.
