Position SummaryExperienced Family Law Paralegal — Seeking a seasoned paralegal with strong family law experience and familiarity with personal injury matters to join a growing Jacksonville team. This is a full-time, in-person role supporting an established attorney, offering room for professional growth, performance-based pay increases, and bonus opportunities. Base pay: From $90,000 per year.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement documents, and client correspondence.Conduct legal research and draft clear, substantive memos and filings.Accurately transcribe and proof documents and correspondence.Maintain organized client files and calendars in Clio and Dropbox.Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, court staff, and opposing counsel.Assist with trial preparation and provide litigation support.Manage administrative tasks including scheduling and intake as needed.Required QualificationsProven, consistent experience in family law with demonstrated independent judgment.Track record of producing a minimum of 150 billable hours per month and willingness to work beyond standard hours when necessary to meet deadlines.Availability to work the firm’s core schedule Monday–Thursday 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Friday 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.Established working relationships with judicial assistants in Florida’s Fourth and Seventh Judicial Circuits.Proficiency with Florida’s e-filing system.Proficiency with Divorce Power Analyzer, Dropbox, and Microsoft 365.Strong legal research and advanced writing skills.Commitment to contributing to firm growth and a desire for advancement tied to performance and bonuses.Preferred QualificationsFlorida Registered Paralegal certification.Experience using Clio for case and matter management.Experience handling personal injury matters at the pre-suit level.Compensation, Hours, and BenefitsStarting salary: From $90,000 annually.Salary after the initial 60-day period will be renegotiated based on performance, production goals, and contributions, earlier adjustments possible at the firm’s discretion.Expected hours: Minimum 40 hours per week.Benefits include 401(k) with matching, health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, professional development assistance, referral program, travel reimbursement, free parking, and advancement opportunities.Work Location Work location: In person at 871 Cassat Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida.Job type: Full-time.
