Role : Litigation SpecialistRole Overview:Mercor is seeking experienced Israeli Lawyers with a background in litigation or corporate/transactional law to support a new dataset project focused on advancing AI systems. This part-time, hourly contract role involves compiling, verifying, and organizing publicly available legal and financial documents from Israeli sources. Your work will play a key role in the development and testing of AI-driven solutions for legal applications. This is a remote, asynchronous position, offering flexibility to work from anywhere.Key Responsibilities:Collect and organize publicly available legal and financial documents, ensuring they align with project guidelines.Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and clarity of all compiled materials.Follow structured documentation processes to meet defined quality standards and project expectations.Verify all sources of data, ensuring all information is gathered from reliable, public, and verifiable platforms.Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager and team, meeting deadlines and providing timely updates.Qualifications:2–3 years of active practicing experience in litigation or corporate/transactional law within Israel.Strong familiarity with Israeli legal and regulatory document sources.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation processes.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines.Ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.Fluent in Hebrew and/or English, with an understanding of both legal terminologies in both languages.Role Details:Type: Part-time, project-based (2–3 weeks)Engagement: 10–20 hours per week (depending on availability and project needs)Work Mode: 100% remote and asynchronousCompensation: $130–$180 per hour, paid weekly via Stripe Connect
