Company DescriptionMABAR GAMING is a premier Esports Event and Broadcast Production Services company.Role DescriptionThis is a contract role for a Live Marketplace Manager. The Live Marketplace Manager will oversee and manage live marketplace operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Handling live streaming operations across TikTok and e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia).Ensure product selection, cart management, promo settings, and stock availability are accurate and aligned with campaign objectives.Maintain and manage studio assets, including conducting routine equipment checks and adjustments before live sessionsSet up and configure streaming equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and streaming software, to ensure optimal performance during live events.Manage the live streaming process from start to finish, including encoding, streaming, and monitoring the broadcast to ensure smooth operation and high-quality output.Conduct regular stock and coordination with stakeholders to track and reconcile inventory used in live commerce.Brief and assist hosts, monitor live interactions, and provide real-time support to boost session engagement.Identify frequently asked questions and operational issues, compiling insights to share with key accounts for improvement.Maintain and analyze operational data, track performance, and support reporting needs.Collaborate with stakeholders to keep up to date with the event that is going to be heldEnsure order and discipline throughout the livestream, including providing guidance and feedback to hosts as needed.Summarize livestream data.Evaluate brand appeal across all livestream platforms and identify areas for improvement in live sessions.Required SkillsMinimum of 2 years of expertise in handling brand campaigns, including marketing, ads, product development, competitive strategy, consumer research, trend industry and best practice usage in Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada, etc.Experience set up an internal Live Stream team.Strong understanding of the tools & features of each e-commerce platform.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.GMV exceeding min. 8 billion/month each platform.Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for managing data and creating reports.Strong communication and problem solving skills.Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or public holidays as needed.Preferred SkillsExperience from startup business.Can do attitudeBenefit:Monthly SalaryQuarterly Bonus
