We’re Hiring live operations specialist for an E-commerce PlatformResponsibilities:• Monitor System Health: Oversee real-time system performance and ensure uptime across all platforms. • Event Management: Plan, configure, and execute in-app events, promotions, and campaigns to boost user engagement and retention. • Content Updates: Manage and deploy live updates, including new features, fixes, and events. • Issue Resolution: Quickly respond to live issues, troubleshoot problems, and escalate to appropriate teams when needed. • Analytics & Reporting: Track user behavior, engagement metrics, and system performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless execution of live operations. • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize LiveOps processes, improve response times, and enhance the overall user experience.Requirements:- B.Sc.
