Applications are welcome from those who aspire to drive industrial innovation and engage in truly business-oriented development.【About this Position】As a dedicated LLM engineer, you will work with the company's solution designers (responsible for customer negotiations, project management, etc.) to analyze data, verify/develop/improve LLM models, report results, and develop systems using LLM. (One lead engineer will be assigned to each project to provide support.)In addition, you will be responsible for catching up on the latest technologies related to LLM, deploying them within the company, and developing frameworks for multi-agent systems.【Responsibilities】・Participation in client projects and development of solutions using LLM ・Catching up with the latest technologies related Requirements】-------------■Required・Development experience using Python ・Experience using LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) and developing solutions using RAG ・Experience catching up on the latest information related to LLM and using it in your work ・Japanese language skills above business level ・English proficiency enough to read English papers Ability to read English papers■Preferred・Experience in architecture design and implementation of multi-agent systems (MAS)・Hands-on experience with multi-agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, PydanticAI, etc.・Experience in designing, building, and operating knowledge graphs and vector databases・Practical experience in prompt engineering, especially in designing and optimizing prompts for AI models such as ・GPT-based and Claude-based models・Experience in fine-tuning LLMs and conducting accuracy validation・Familiarity with using Local LLMs・Understanding or implementation experience of MCP (Model Context Protocol)・Master’s or Doctoral degree in Computer Science or a related field・Publications in international conferences or journals related to LLM・Experience applying LLMs to real-world problems through collaborative research・Practical or research experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP)・Experience developing with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras・Experience working in remote environments (on-premises or cloud platforms such as AWS) and with containers (e.g., Docker)・Experience managing code using GitHub or GitLab・Development experience using Rust・Experience in quickly learning and adapting to technologies outside one’s area of expertise・Ability to communicate logically and collaborate effectively with team members・Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions・English communication skills (as some employees are non-Japanese)■Ideal Applicants・Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative– Projects are
