Role Profile We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Based in Chennai, the ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various roles within the GCC/COE industry across India. This position requires a deep understanding of the recruitment cycle, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates. This is a full-time permanent role reporting to the General Manager – HR - India.

This role requires working 5-days a week in our Chennai office. Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruiting methods to identify and attract qualified candidates for COE/GCC rolesScreening and Interviewing: Conduct HR interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for our organization. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the job market to attract top talent. Employer Branding:

Promote our company culture and values to attract candidates who align with our mission and vision. What we are looking for: Essential At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment and talent management, technical or technology recruitment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Good data management and data analysis skills Ability to implement various hiring matrices to increase efficiency and to communicate with stakeholders using data driven reports. Accountable for client deliverables and taking ownership of the entire process. Self-starter, intrinsically motivated, and able to work independently. Keen attention to detail, and experience in both building and executing recruitment processes.

Highly-attuned and self-aware when it comes to managing stakeholders and clients. Passionate about providing a great experience for all our candidates, whether offered or not. Entrepreneurial and creative problem-solving ability - you'll have plenty of support from the team, but often have to figure out novel and innovative solutions yourself.
