The LMS & Operations Manager will oversee the Learning Management System’s day-to-day operations, including system maintenance, content updates, user support, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include managing the integration of courses and virtual labs, collaborating with instructional designers and developers to improve the platform, monitoring system performance, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards. The role will require analyzing system performance metrics, supporting the onboarding of new content partners, managing vendor relationships, and driving operational efficiencies to enhance the learning experience.QualificationsExperience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) management, platform maintenance, and system administration is mandatoryStrong technical skills in troubleshooting, integrating tools, and managing virtual lab environmentsProject management and operational planning skills to ensure smooth coordination of platform updates and partnershipsProficiency in process improvement, data analysis, and performance metrics for optimizing systems and user experience is mandatory.Familiarity with educational technologies, gamified learning models, or IT certifications like AWS, Azure, or CompTIA is mandatoryExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams, content partners, and instructors.Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Education Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
