About the role: As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the day-to-day social media presence for our clients.
From planning and publishing content to managing real-time execution and performance, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and on-brand. You’ll work closely with content creators, community managers, and client servicing teams to help elevate the brands we represent. Key responsibilities: Own and manage the social media calendar for multiple client accountsSchedule and publish content across all relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
)Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of assetsMonitor daily performance and engagement across channelsProvide real-time updates to the team on what’s working, what’s trending, and what needs to pivotAnalyse performance data and assist in monthly reportingAssist with influencer content coordination and UGC when neededWhat we’re looking for: 3-5 years of experience managing social media platformsStrong organisational and multitasking skillsFamiliarity with publishing and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprinklr, Later, etc.
)Solid understanding of each platform's algorithm and best practicesAbility to remain calm under pressure and juggle multiple accounts with poiseExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBonus if you have: Experience in managing influencer or creator collaborationsArabic language skillsA keen eye for creative content and storytellingThis role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, loves fast turnarounds, and can bring structure to creative chaos.
