Job ResponsibilitiesWelcoming guests to Pumpkins at Callaway and Fantasy in LightsAssisting guests on and off the trolleysEducating guests about the experience of both events.Fantasy in Lights Only - Working the queuing lot for personal vehicles to include, but not limited to:Scanning TicketsEducating guests about the experience and operationDirecting traffic in and out of queuing lotJob RequirementsMust be 16 years of age or olderMust be able to continuously lift 50 lbs.Must be able to stand for extended periodsMust be able to work outdoorsExcellent Customer Service SkillsAbility to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
