Job Description

Job Title: Loan Collection OfficerLocation: Lekki Phase 1, LagosOffer:• ₦120,000 gross monthly• Free lunch• HMO• Bonuses up to ₦100,000• 6-day work weekKey Responsibilities:• Contact clients and recover outstanding loans via calls and SMS• Negotiate and agree on suitable repayment plans• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate team• Meet and exceed set recovery targetsRequirements:• OND/NCE qualification (B.Sc. is an added advantage)• Minimum of 1 year experience in loan collections or a similar role• Must own an Android smartphone• Strong communication and negotiation skills• Target-driven and results-oriented
