You will be responsible for managing the loan journey from application through to settlement, working closely with brokers, clients, and lenders to ensure an accurate, timely, and seamless process.This is a full-time, long-term position for someone who wants to grow with a stable and supportive team. You’ll be working remotely from the Philippines, supporting Australian clients and brokers.Your ResponsibilitiesManage loan processing from submission to settlementMaintain communication with brokers, clients, and lendersPrepare and review loan applications and supporting documentsSubmit and follow up on valuations, pricing requests, and applicationsReview client documents for accuracy and completenessKeep CRM and loan systems updated with accurate data and statusesEnsure deadlines are met and compliance standards are upheldSupport post-settlement tasks as requiredSkills And QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in loan processing, credit support, or related rolesFamiliarity with platforms like ApplyOnline, SalesTrekker, MyCRM, or LoanAppStrong written and verbal English communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAble to manage multiple applications and priorities at onceComfortable working independently in a remote setupClient-focused and proactive in solving problemsProficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)The CultureAt Dashdot, we believe in freedom and responsibility.
