Loan Servicing Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Loan Servicing Manager to lead and evolve our loan servicing operations. In this role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of consumer and business loans — including auto, personal, mortgage, credit card, and SBA/USDA programs.You’ll oversee a skilled team, ensure regulatory compliance, streamline workflows, and drive automation efforts that improve efficiency and member service. If you're a proactive leader with deep knowledge of loan servicing systems and a passion for process improvement, we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day servicing operations and staffEnsure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelinesManage system administration across multiple platforms (FICS, Freddie Mac, SBA, USDA, etc.)Oversee credit card servicing, document retention, and risk controlsCollaborate cross-functionally to enhance workflows and reportingQualifications5+ years in loan servicing or similar banking experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity at a large credit union or bank; or any equivalent combination of formal training and/or experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.Strong leadership and communication skillsFamiliarity with lending regulations and secondary market requirementsComfortable with data, systems, and continuous improvement
