You'll work closely with them to identify the right mortgage products and services that meet their goals. Building strong relationships and providing exceptional after-sales service will be key to your success. You'll also need to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to maximize sales opportunities.What you doYour Day-to-day Tasks Will Include Managing referrals from alliance partners and referral agents Planning sales visits and presenting mortgage solutions to potential customers Building and expanding your network of referrers, customers, and potential customers Managing your time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines Providing excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfactionWho you are A degree or diploma in a relevant field is desirable, but not required 2-3 years of experience in banking and financial services, preferably in mortgage sales You're a self-motivated and results-driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders You're resilient, adaptable, and able to work under pressure to meet sales targetsWho we areAs Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
