Provide a seamless and personalized arrival experience, engaging first-time visitors and offering directionsAnticipate guest needs and exceed expectationsRecognize and welcome repeat guests, elite members, and VIPsOffer prompt, professional, and discreet serviceConfidently respond to guest inquiries with strong product knowledgeCreatively resolve incidents to turn around negative experiencesRemain available and proactive in guest interactionsAssist with hotel facilities and promotionsHandle cashiering and administrative duties related to lobby operationsCoordinate pre-arrival communications and ensure readinessPromote upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesUphold Accor values and service standardsPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsYour experience and skills include:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience in guest relations or front office preferredStrong understanding of the local market and guest expectationsPassion for hospitality and creating memorable guest momentsAbility to multitask and work collaboratively across departmentsThriving in fast-paced environments and love creating memorable guest experiences.
