Work closely with other LOCAD teams, ensuring all departments are aligned and working towards common goals. Proactive Risk Management: Anticipate potential risks, take preventive actions, and escalate critical issues to maintain peak performance. Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of strategic projects, driving operational improvements across the board. Impactful Reporting: Use your analytical skills to report on performance metrics, interpreting data to recommend actionable solutions and drive continuous improvement. What You BringProven Experience:

You’ve spent at least a year in a Junior Supervisor or Supervisor role, with hands-on experience in warehouse operations (Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Management). E-commerce experience is a major plus!Analytical Skills: You’re a data-driven decision-maker with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret performance data to enhance operations. Communication Mastery: You’re comfortable communicating through various channels—whether face-to-face, on calls, via email, or chat. Clear and concise communication is key. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems and skilled in using office tools like Google Suites and Microsoft Office to support your work. Presentation Skills:
