You will be responsible for gathering, cleansing, and transforming large datasets into actionable insights. This requires a strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.

Responsibilities Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and anomaliesDevelop and maintain data models and organized databases to ensure data integrity and accessibilityIdentify trends and patterns in datasets to help drive decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and develop solutions and improve operational efficienciesCreate visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholdersImplement and monitor data quality control measuresStay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysisThe TeamOur team consists of over 160 members located across the United States.

Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field2+ years of experience as a data analystProficiency in SQL and Python/R for data manipulation and analysisAdvanced knowledge of Excel and other data analysis toolsKnowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data modelingExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BIFamiliarity with data warehousing concepts and techniquesExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsSkilled in presenting findings in a clear and concise mannerStrong time management skills and ability to multitask effectivelyKnowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques is a plusBenefitsCompensationWe provide a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Pay rates are based on your skills, experience and location; bonus opportunities are based on both company and individual performance. The starting annual pay range is: $67,725 - $73,100 in Vancouver, WA$61,800 - $73,300 in Murray, UT$58,656 - $68,800 in Columbus, OH$61,100 - $77,400 in N Smithfield, RICandidates from different locations within the United States may receive varying salary offers.
