Learn more at www.analog.com and on LinkedIn and Twitter (X).Responsible for the following key service functions:Incident ResponseProblem managementDirect Manufacturing Support for in-scope Endpoints and applications Projects and new support requirementVIP SupportEvents and standby supportService Request FulfillmentAV SupportAsset Management and TrackingEquipment health check and maintenanceNew asset evaluationServe as the “go to” hands on IT technical SME for the respective supported siteCan be tapped to configure, deploy, maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, ip phones, mobile devices, and other endpoint devices including accessories related to end-user equipmentWork with ServiceNow application to manage ticket queues, create dashboard and reportsReports the following to the Global Deskside Senior Manager and other IT key stakeholders:Weekly Operations StatusMonthly team performanceQuarterly Operations ReviewOther ad-hoc report requirementsExpected to take the lead and be a part of IT continuous improvement initiativesFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
