📍 Location: Ashgabat, Turkmenistan📧 Apply via email: bd@vanzbon.com🔗 Company Page: Vanzbon Group (LinkedIn)Position SummaryVanzbon Group is seeking a Local Operations & Compliance Executive to support on-the-ground delivery in Turkmenistan.The role focuses on company registration, coordination with public authorities, preparation and submission of documentation, and basic market-entry and compliance support for international clients establishing operations in Turkmenistan.The ideal candidate is practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable engaging directly with government offices and service providers.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport company incorporation, amendments, and related registrations with the relevant state authorities and registries.Coordinate with tax authorities and other public bodies for basic registrations, updates, and information requests.Prepare, organize, and submit application files for corporate registrations, permits, and other administrative processes; monitor timelines and follow up on pending cases.Clarify procedural steps, required documents, and applicable fees with government offices and service centers.Assist in confirming basic market-entry and regulatory pathways for foreign-invested projects and summarize key requirements for internal teams.Maintain structured digital records of applications, approvals, contracts, and correspondence.Support practical arrangements related to corporate setup, such as notary coordination, translations, certifications, and document legalization where required.Collaborate with regional accounting/tax colleagues when basic tax registrations or reporting touchpoints are involved.Provide regular status updates and written reports to regional and HQ teams in English.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in corporate administration, government liaison, professional services, or a similar operational role.Familiarity with local business registration, licensing, and basic tax-related procedures is highly valued.Exposure to finance or tax topics (e.g. registrations, invoices, VAT concepts) is an advantage.Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.Proficiency in Turkmen and/or Russian, with working proficiency in English for communication with regional and HQ teams.Legally eligible to work in Turkmenistan.Skills & CompetenciesExecution-focused and proactive in clarifying procedures directly with relevant offices when needed.Strong sense of responsibility and ownership in managing tasks and deadlines.Ability to handle multiple files in parallel while keeping documentation accurate and up to date.Clear written communication and confidence using online portals and office productivity tools.Professional attitude, discretion, and a service-minded approach.About Vanzbon GroupVanzbon Group is an international corporate services and structure advisory firm operating in more than 30 countries across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Latin America.We provide end-to-end solutions in company formation, accounting, taxation, and compliance to support clients entering new markets and managing cross-border structures.Our work in Turkmenistan forms part of our broader regional network serving clients in Central Asia and neighbouring markets.Commitment to Fair HiringVanzbon Group follows fair, transparent, and merit-based recruitment practices.All employment decisions are based on professional qualifications, relevant experience, and job-related competencies.
